Additionally, the location was superb, with easy access to monuments, museums, and government buildings. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. The staff went above and beyond, providing a complimentary taxi ride from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing views, convenient location, and excellent service.

Spent Christmas in a lovely apartment with stunning views over the city of Nur-Sultan. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. A shopping center with a Starbucks and a variety of food options was just steps away. The apartment itself was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare a delicious holiday meal.

Although the apartment was modern and bright, some furniture had seen better days. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and showed signs of wear and tear.
